1. Overview
LeaWin ("we", "us") operates a platform connecting parents and students ("parents") with independent tutors ("tutors") for personalised tutoring and academic coaching. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tutor accounts are subject to a verification review before appearing publicly on the platform.
3. Bookings & payments
Sessions are booked against a subscription plan's session credits or paid individually under Pay-As-You-Go. Payment is confirmed by our team following bank transfer, after which session credits are applied to your account. Fees are shown in Naira and are subject to change with notice.
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled from your dashboard up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Late cancellations or no-shows may be deducted from your session balance at our discretion.
5. Tutor conduct
Tutors agree to conduct sessions professionally, keep their availability accurate, and report any safeguarding concerns immediately.
6. Limitation of liability
LeaWin facilitates connections between parents and independent tutors and is not itself the employer of tutors. While we verify tutors before listing them, we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LeaWin after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
